Hello, my name is Tamika Smith, I am the Head Chef/Caterer and Founder of Prep-It-Up Catering. Ever since I can remember, I've always had a knack for cooking and creating dishes and decided to take action in doing something I love, hence Prep-It-Up Catering. I graduated from FLCC with my degree in Culinary Arts and wanted to cultivate an experience of healthy, soulful and feel-good eats. Come check us out, you won't be disappointed.
